Professional Headshots

We offer individual sessions as well as on-site group packages for convenient team shoots.
Individual Headshot Session
Price: $250–$350 per session
Includes: up to 1-hour shoot, 2–3 retouched high-resolution images
Team/Group Sessions
Base Rate: $800–$1,000 for up to 5 people
Includes short individual sessions for each person, group shot(s) if requested, and 2 retouched images per person
Additional Person: +$100–$150 per person
Add-Ons
Additional Retouched Images: +$25–$40 per image
Hair & Makeup Artist On-Site: $200–$300 (coordinated on behalf of the client)
Architectural & Construction Photography
From blueprints to final build, we document each stage of your project so you can present your work in its best light. Whether you’re an architect, interior designer, or construction company, we capture the craftsmanship, design, and fine details that help you stand out to clients and stakeholders.
Half-Day Rate (up to 4 hours)
Price: $800–$1,200
Includes: pre-shoot consultation, on-site photography, and basic editing of select images
Full-Day Rate (up to 8 hours)
Price: $1,600–$2,400
Includes: pre-shoot consultation, on-site photography, and basic editing of select images
Progress Shoots (During Construction)
Price: $300–$500 per visit
Multiple visits capture different phases of the build. Final images are delivered with light editing.
Add-Ons
Advanced Editing / Retouching: +$50–$100/hour (for perspective correction, sky replacements, etc.)
Drone Photography: +$200–$400 per session (if licensed and insured for drone flights)
Mileage / Travel Fee: +$0.50–$0.75/mile beyond local radius
Product Photography for Small Businesses
High-quality product photography can be the difference between a “maybe” and a “must-have.” We tailor each shoot to your brand—clean white backgrounds for e-commerce, or styled lifestyle images for social media and print advertising. Our goal: present your products in a way that drives sales and elevates your brand.
Basic E-Commerce Package
Price: $50–$75 per product
Includes: Standard white background, up to 3 images per product, light retouching, and color correction
Minimum: Typically 5–10 products per shoot
Lifestyle/Creative Package
Half-Day Rate: $800–$1,200
Full-Day Rate: $1,400–$2,000
Includes: Scene/set design consultation, on-location or studio shoot, multiple angles per product, retouching
Props & Styling: Additional costs (billed at cost + coordination fee)

Rush Delivery (48 hours or less): +25–40% of total
Advanced Editing / Compositing: +$50–$80 per hour

Pricing & Packages
We understand that each project has unique requirements. That’s why we offer tiered packages and customizable options, from half-day to full-day rates, as well as per-product or per-piece pricing for prints. We’re always happy to provide a custom quote that aligns with your budget and goals.
General Pricing Overview
Fine Art Prints: Starting at $200 for small prints and up to $650+ for large, framed pieces.
Headshots: From $250 for individual sessions and $800+ for on-site team packages.
Architectural & Construction: Half-day rates from $800; full-day from $1,600.
Product Photography: Per-product rates from $50, or half/full-day packages from $800.
Policies & Additional Information
Deposits & Payments: A 25–50% deposit is required to secure bookings, with final balance due upon delivery of images.
Rescheduling & Cancellations: We understand plans change. Contact us at least 72 hours before your shoot to avoid fees.
Licensing & Usage Rights: Standard commercial usage is included; extended or exclusive rights can be arranged upon request.
Travel & Expenses: Travel within a defined local radius is included; additional mileage or overnight stays may incur a fee.
